Quick Hits: Wyndham 20% Off, 4X Points, I Prefer 35% Off

Updated as of 14 Oct 2026. Four short hotel deals, each checked on the hotel programme’s own offer page. Rupee figures use €1 = ₹108.34 and US$1 = ₹96.71.

1. Wyndham Members-Only Sale: 20% off in Europe and the Middle East

⛔ Ended: the Wyndham 20% off Members-Only Sale closed on 27 Oct 2026. The rest of this post is still current.

Wyndham Rewards members get 20% off the member rate at participating hotels in Europe, Türkiye, the Middle East, Africa and Eurasia. Book by 27 Oct 2026 for stays until 30 Jun 2027. Joining Wyndham Rewards is free.

  • Not for hotels in India. Wyndham’s Asia Pacific deals page doesn’t list this sale. It’s useful for a Dubai, Istanbul or Europe trip.
  • The maths: on a €120 (about ₹13,000) night, you save about ₹2,600.
  • Some emails mention up to 25% off through a personal link. We couldn’t find that on Wyndham’s site, so treat 20% as the number to plan with.
  • Book direct, and compare with the hotel’s other public rates before you pay.

2. Wyndham: 4X base points worldwide

Separately, Wyndham is giving 4X base points on stays booked directly. Register by 15 Jan 2027, book by 15 Jan 2027 and stay by 19 Jan 2027. The bonus is capped at 15,000 points for most members. Award nights and third-party bookings don’t count. It stacks with the sale above, so register before you book.

3. I Prefer Last Minute Escapes: 35% off

⛔ Ended: the I Prefer 35% off last-minute sale closed on 26 Oct 2026. The rest of this post is still current.

Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ free I Prefer programme is offering 35% off last-minute stays for members. Book by 26 Oct 2026 and stay by 26 Nov 2026. Preferred is a group of independent luxury hotels, so this is worth a look for a short-notice city or resort break.

The offer page doesn’t list the hotels or say whether the rate is prepaid. Check the hotel list and the cancellation terms before you pay.

4. I Prefer: double base points

I Prefer members also get double base points at select hotels. Register first, then book between 1 and 31 Oct 2026 for a stay of 2 nights or more by 31 Dec 2026. Bookings made before you register don’t count.

What it’s worth: Silver members earn 10 points per US$1 on room spend, and reward certificates are worth about US$1 per 500 points. That’s a 2% rebate normally, or 4% with double points. On a US$300 (about ₹29,000) two-night stay, double points come to about ₹1,160 back. Small, but free if you were booking anyway.

DealUni take

None of these is worth a trip on its own. If you’re already travelling to Europe or the Gulf, book a Wyndham hotel directly after registering for 4X points. And if you want a last-minute luxury break, check the I Prefer list against the hotel’s own website before booking.

Chhoti bachat, par booking pehle se ho toh mufat ka fayda. (Small savings, but free money if you were booking anyway.)
